Quality Vision – A New Era of Audit Communication and Transparency
Quality Vision, also referred to as just “Vision” is Perry Johnson Registrars’ secure, online client and auditor portal, designed to transform how auditors, clients, and PJR’s technical team communicate and collaborate throughout the certification process.
Built to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency, Vision centralizes key audit activities in one streamlined platform, supporting a smoother, more transparent certification journey.
What Is Quality Vision?
Vision is PJR’s next-generation audit management portal that will ultimately support all aspects of the audit process, from planning and reporting to corrective actions and ongoing program management. Beginning Q1 2026, several core audit functions will be performed directly within Vision, with additional capabilities rolling out throughout 2026.
Vision Features
As part of the initial launch, Vision will be used for:
- Issuance of Nonconformances
Auditors will document and issue nonconformances directly within the portal. - Corrective Action Preparation & Submission
Auditees will prepare, submit, and manage corrective actions related to nonconformances in Vision. - Secure Audit Document Hosting
Completed audit package documents will be available in one centralized location, including:- Audit plans
- Audit reports
Coming Soon: Expanded Vision Capabilities
As Vision continues to evolve, the platform will support additional audit and program management functions, including:
- Audit plan creation
- Audit report creation
- Client audit program management
- Client complaint management
- Client dispute management
These enhancements are designed to reduce administrative burden, improve turnaround times, and strengthen collaboration between clients, auditors, and PJR’s technical team.
