Despite the tragedy, David remained optimistic and resourceful, temporarily relocating with his family to stay with their in-laws before settling into a new home in Forest Hills, California.
In August, while preparing to travel for another PJR audit, David encountered yet another challenge — a new mudslide blocking the only road leading down the mountain. Thanks to the efforts of firefighters, the route was partially cleared, allowing residents to pass safely.
Even amidst these hardships, David’s unwavering dedication to his work never faltered.
