Perry Johnson Registrars’ Process Performance Auditing (PPA) approach is more than a checklist of requirements. PJR auditors receive continuing professional development training in this approach in order to link your customer’s objectives with your process performance measurables. At PJR, our goal is to provide the highest quality of service at the most affordable price. In many cases we are able to save our clients the cost of travel expenses by having auditors located close to clients’ sites. Our diversified geographical base and our rapid growth means that each year we can do this better than the year before. Our auditing staff, a mix of full-time and subcontracted auditors, gives us the best of both worlds. Full-time auditors help to provide consistency in auditing practices, while the subcontract auditor pool increases PJR’s breadth of industry experience and client proximity, helping clients to save on travel expenses.
PJR’s Customer Service Department is a further measure of our strong commitment to service. Our Service Representatives are available to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, send informational updates, and generally serve as a quick point of contact between our customers and various departments within PJR.
